SINOMA-TCDRI pan conveyors feature a rational and reliable structure as well as an advanced process. ●鏈輪分(fēn)體(tǐ)式設計，鏈輪磨損隻需更換齒圈。
The sprocket split design, just replace the gear ring when the sprocket wear.

Gear ring divided into multiple pieces so that gear block can replace easier.
●齒圈為(wèi)雙切齒，鏈輪轉動兩圈每個齒才齧合一次，使用(yòng)壽命更長(cháng)。
Gear ring is double tangent teeth，when the sprocket turns two circles, every teeth only joggles once. It can
have a longer using life.
●齒圈通過連接脹套與輪毂聯接，可(kě)增加聯接處的抗剪截面，提高抗剪切力及聯接螺栓的使用(yòng)壽命。
Gear ring connected by the expansion sets and hub, it can increase shear-section of the connection, and improve the shear strength and life time of connecting bolt.
