Steel Cord Reinforced Rubber Belt Elevator
公(gōng)司 TBD 系列鋼絲膠帶提升機适用(yòng)于提升生料、水泥等散裝(zhuāng)物(wù)料。
SINOMA-TCDRI TBD series belt bucket elevator is used for elevating bulk materials such as raw mill and cement.
結構特點：
●頭、尾滾筒采用(yòng)鼓形表面，可(kě)自動糾正膠帶的運行。
The head and tail pulley are drum-shaped surface,
which can automatically correct the alignment of the
belt;
●頭部滾筒面由可(kě)更換的摩擦襯片組成，維修更換方便。
The head pulley at the top is made up of segmented
friction lining, which is convenient for repair and
replacement;
●籠型結構的尾部滾筒，避免了物(wù)料堆積。
The tail pulley is cage structure, which prevents material from piling up;
●料鬥與膠帶之間有(yǒu)成型的橡膠墊闆，在料鬥繞過頭尾滾筒時起緩沖作(zuò)用(yòng)。
Rubber pads placed between the buckets and the belt as cushion when the buckets pass the head and tail
pulleys;
●料鬥與膠帶的固定采用(yòng)帶釘的碟形螺栓和碟形墊圈，以避免緊固螺栓的轉動。
The fixing of buckets and the belt is done by tapered fasteners fixed to a small base plate with a butterfly
shaped washer, which prevents the fasteners from moving

鏈式提升機
公(gōng)司 NB 系列鬥式提升機主要用(yòng)于垂直提升散狀物(wù)料，主要分(fēn)為(wèi)：NBC 型、NBS 型和 NBH 型三種型式。
SINOMA-TCDRI NB bucket elevators are mainly used for vertical transportation of bulk materials. They are
categorized into three types: NBC type, NBS type and NBH type.
● NBC 型：适合以中(zhōng)低速提升石灰石、熟料等；
NBC bucket elevator: suitable for elevating limestone and clinker at a medium to low speed;
● NBS 型：适合以低速提升粉狀物(wù)料和小(xiǎo)顆粒狀物(wù)料；
NBS bucket elevator: suitable for elevating granulated material or powder at a low speed;
● NBH 型（NBH-C)：由 NBS 發展的一種高速鬥式提升機，由于運行速度高，在提升能(néng)力相同時，可(kě)采用(yòng)比
NBS 型小(xiǎo)的提升機，非常經濟。
NBH (NBH-C) bucket elevator: high speed bucket elevators developed from NBS bucket elevators; due to increased elevation speed, at same capacity, compared with NBS bucket elevators, this type of bucket elevator is smaller size and thus is a more economic choice.
鏈式輸送機
鏈式輸送機（拉鏈機），是一種輸送粉狀、粒狀物(wù)料，運行水平或傾斜角小(xiǎo)于 15°的機械産(chǎn)品，已廣泛用(yòng)于水泥、
建材、冶金、化工(gōng)、電(diàn)力、糧食加工(gōng)等行業。
A chain conveyor is used for horizontal or inclined (within 15°) transport of powdery and granulated materials.
It has been widely used in industries such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation and food processing.

鬥式輸送機
NAB 鏈鬥輸送機：适用(yòng)于磨損性強、塊狀物(wù)料。具(jù)備了鬥式提升機的特點同時又(yòu)可(kě)以像刮闆機一樣複雜的輸送
路線(xiàn)。
NAB type Elevator: suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material, it has the same characteristic with
NB type elevator, however, it will provide the complicated conveying route like scraper conveyor.
結構特點：
●由于是料鬥的形式、适用(yòng)于化工(gōng)行業可(kě)以輸送磨損性大的塊狀物(wù)料
It is suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material in Chemical Industry.
●既可(kě)以水平→垂直（傾斜）、又(yòu)可(kě)以水平→垂直（傾斜）→水平的輸送路線(xiàn)
The conveying route can be: From Horizonal to Vertical, From Horizonal to Vertical then to Horizonal.

運行時雜音小(xiǎo)、比較安(ān)靜滿足環保對噪音的要求。
The noise is much lower, it will satisfy the requirements from Environmental Protection.

殼體(tǐ)是密閉構造，再加上鬥子形式。不會向外漏料。
The structure of casing is airtight type, together with the bucket type, the material will not leak.
●特殊的料鬥構造、可(kě)以實現自動回收殼體(tǐ)底部餘留物(wù)料。
The special type of bucket can realize automatic collecting of material accumulated in the bottom.
