The gap between rollers is adjustable to cater to the output granular size of different materials
●輥齒磨損到一定程度，可(kě)調整兩輥間隙以保證産(chǎn)品粒度，并可(kě)方便地更換輥皮。
In case the roller teeth are worn, output granular size can be guaranteed by adjusting the roller gap. The
toothed rollers sleeve are easily replaceable;
●移動輥的軸承座可(kě)做水平移動，當有(yǒu)不能(néng)破碎的異物(wù)進機時，将異物(wù)排出，保護機器不受損傷。
The bearing housing of the movable roller can slide horizontally to expel foreign matter thus protecting the
machine from damages;
●柔性樹脂簾可(kě)防止含水粘性物(wù)料粘附在腔體(tǐ)内部。
The flexible resin curtain can prevent viscous material from adhering to the inner cavity of the machine;
●刮泥裝(zhuāng)置可(kě)防止物(wù)料粘輥，使齒面清潔，保持應有(yǒu)的剪切和擠壓作(zuò)用(yòng)。
The viscous material scraping device prevents material from sticking to the rollers, which keeps the toothed
surface clean so that its shearing and pressing force is retained;
●四個主軸承既可(kě)單獨潤滑，又(yòu)可(kě)集中(zhōng)潤滑。
Alternative lubrication methods are available for the four main bearings - either separate lubrication or
centralized grease lubrication.
